The various homesites offer views of the Jemez Mountains, Black Mesa and Los Alamos to the west, the Sangres and Santa Fe ski basin to the east and, in some cases, San Antonio Mountain at the Colorado border.
The spectacular setting of Los Caminitos has inspired the creation of some of Santa Fe’s most beautiful homes, many designed by well-known architects including Hugh Newell Jacobsen, Myron Goldfinger, John Klee, and Chuck Johnson.
All proposed structures must first be approved by the Architectural Control Committee, which was established to maintain the standards outlined in the covenants.
