  • Quarterly Board of Directors meetings are announced well in advance, and open to all. Our Annual Meeting is in August, when we elect directors, make major decisions, approve the annual budget and release year-end committee reports and financial updates.

  • A nine member voluntary Board elected by the Homeowners serves the Community. Board members are elected for staggered three year terms.
  • Several committees meet throughout the year to oversee implementation of the various decisions made by the Association.
  • Members can participate, or not, at the various meetings and/or occasional social events, which are typically held at the Association’s clubhouse and pool. The annual budget is approved by the membership at our Annual Meetings.
  • Information is shared via the website, member forum, monthly emails and at board meetings.
